Prices, service scope and contractual conditions for a product are those shown in that product's order flow or separately agreed documents at the time of purchase—not general descriptions on this corporate site.

7. Availability and changes to the site
We may correct, update, reorganise or remove corporate-site content and may temporarily interrupt the site for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. This does not affect any separately agreed product service or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
Cosmora remains liable where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Subject to those mandatory rules, Cosmora excludes liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use or unavailability of this informational website.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited, changes the allocation of liability in a separate written contract, or makes Cosmora responsible for a vehicle sale or another transaction between users of a product platform.
